Meet Our President

Rod was born and reared in Shreveport, LA. He is the son of Bud and Frances Noles, and has one brother Greg Noles. Rod graduated from Louisiana Tech in 1971. He is married to Marilyn Bruyninckx Noles, and they have two children, Jeffery, and Jennifer.

Rod began his career in real estate in 1971, first working with Stephens Realty and then Charles N. White before starting his own firm in 1979. He is the sole share-holder of Noles-Frye Realty, Inc.

Rod is currently an instructor with the CCIM(Certified Commercial Investment Member) Institute. He has served as Chairman of the Louisiana Real Estate Commission, Commissioner of the Louisiana Tax Commission, Board Member of the Louisiana Mineral Board, Louisiana Board of Commerce and Industry and President of the Alexandria-Pineville Board of Realtors.

Rod has had many accomplishments during his real estate career including the (CRE) (Counseler of Real Estate) designation, the CPM(Certified Property Manager) designation, GRI(Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and the CCIM(CertifiedCommercial Investement Member) designation.

In addition to his active role in the real estate profession, Rod is actively involved in the community. He is a member of the Alexandria Rotary Club and Captain for the Mardi Gras Krewe of Parlanqua. Rod has served on many boards including St. Mary's Residential Training School, Chamber of Commerce, Industrial Development, Housing and Financing, and Security First National Bank.
